1. Service Description

EventPiq provides an AI-powered photo delivery platform for events. Event owners upload photos, and guests use facial recognition to find and download their photos.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Only upload photos you have the right to distribute
• Inform event attendees that AI-assisted photo delivery is in use
• Not use the service for surveillance or unauthorized identification
• Comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All plans include a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos and data you upload. EventPiq does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We only process your data as necessary to provide the service.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.

6. Limitation of Liability

EventPiq is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless a legal hold applies.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
